Refund and Return Policy

At MEDca Hearing, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products or those marked as final sale, are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item with a copy of your receipt and ship it to the address provided by our team. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
